Who processes the data

Price alerts

When you create a price alert, we store your e-mail address, the alert criteria (destination or region, price limit, months, trip length, baggage, weather; for a saved trip its dates), your language, the time of consent and which deals we have already sent you. We do not store your IP address.

The purpose is to e-mail you when we find a flight that matches your criteria. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give with the button in the confirmation e-mail. You can withdraw it at any time via the link at the end of every e-mail or on the "My alerts" page.

Unconfirmed alerts are deleted within 48 hours and unconfirmed addresses within 72 hours. We keep the history of sent deals for up to 90 days so we don't repeat the same offer. Everything else is kept until you delete the alert or all your data ("My alerts" → "Delete all my data" deletes immediately and permanently). Data disappears from server backups as part of their normal rotation.

Who sees the data

The site's data is stored in Estonia on servers of Zone Media OÜ, which also sends our e-mails (processor). We never sell or share personal data. Links in our e-mails lead to our own site; you only go to the booking partner's site yourself with the "Book" button, and the partner's terms apply there.

Cookies and device storage

Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and advertising measurement (Meta) scripts load only with your consent from the cookie banner; you can change it in the page footer.

They may also run on pages that contain the alert form. Saved trips and the "remember this device" key are kept only in your browser storage (localStorage); when you create an alert for a saved trip, that trip is sent to our server with your e-mail.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent. Write to us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
